For what I paid, I’m happy with it. It does what I needed it to do, and yeah, it’s not the fanciest thing ever, but that’s kind of expected. I was a little unsure at first, then I used it a bit and thought, okay, this is actually worth it. Good deal overall

"Looks clean overall"
I have to say, the design looks clean overall. My first thought was, “Okay, this is nice,” but then I kept looking at it and wondered if it might be just a little too dark. Not a huge issue, though, it still has a sleek feel to it.
"Nice options, even if I second-guessed everything"
I’ll give atk.store credit, they really do have a lot of customization options. I spent way longer than I probably should have picking colors and little details, mostly because I didn’t want to mess it up and end up stuck with something I didn’t like. The process was simple overall, though, and the order turned out the way I wanted. I’m only taking off a star because the preview before checkout could’ve been clearer. I felt like I had to just hope for the best at the end.

"Refund came through, but the process could be better"
I returned my order and, to be fair, I did get my money back in the end. But the whole process was more frustrating than it needed to be. I had to message them twice just to get an update, and the refund took longer than I expected. I understand returns can take a little time, but it would’ve been nice to have clearer communication along the way. Not a terrible experience overall, but I wouldn’t be in a hurry to order again.

"Warranty Support Turned Into a Whole Saga"
I bought something from atk.store and not long after, an issue popped up. I figured the warranty process would be straightforward, but wow, it turned into this whole drawn-out ordeal. Replies were slow, and I kept having to explain the same problem over and over like I was stuck in a customer service time loop. By the end, it felt like they were just waiting for me to get tired and give up. I’m definitely not buying from them again. Warranty support really shouldn’t feel like a battle.

"Typing was just okay and kind of messed up my plans"
I was really hoping this keyboard would feel smoother because I had planned to use it for a long writing session, but it was just okay. Some of the keys feel a little uneven, which got annoying quickly and threw off the whole vibe. It’s fine for basic daily use, but it definitely wasn’t the upgrade I was expecting.

I had a small issue with my order and messaged atk support, not expecting much and half-wondering if I’d get the usual runaround. But they replied quickly and didn’t make it weird or complicated. The person I spoke with was friendly, sorted it out without me needing to keep chasing, and it all felt smooth. I was a bit suspicious at first, but they handled it well. I’d probably use them again.

"Wireless connection drove me crazy"
I bought this from atk.store the wireless connection has been a total pain. It drops every few minutes, even when I’m sitting right next to the router. I tried restarting it, pairing it again, moving it to another room, all the usual stuff, and nothing fixed it.
Support just sent me the same basic steps I had already tried, which really tested my patience. I don’t have time to keep babysitting something that should just work. Super frustrating experience, and I definitely won’t be buying from here again

I wish I hadn’t felt so pressured to buy this. It seemed okay at first, but it broke after just two days and the whole thing feels really cheap. Disappointing experience

I ordered from atk.store the part that stuck with me most was the tracking. For days it didn’t update at all, and I remember getting that uneasy feeling every time I checked it and saw nothing new. Then out of nowhere, it suddenly showed my package was in a totally different city, which just made me more stressed. The order did arrive eventually, so it wasn’t a disaster, but the whole waiting process was way more annoying than it needed to be. I had to keep checking the tracking myself, and customer support did reply, but they didn’t really give me much of an explanation. Not the worst experience, but I definitely expected clearer tracking and a little more reassurance.

I did get my order in the end, so no real issue there. It was just slower than I expected based on what I’m used to. The shipping wasn’t awful or anything, but if I ordered again, I’d probably plan for a little extra wait time.
"Firmware updates are such a headache"
I bought my device from Atk, the firmware update process has been a pain. The files are weirdly hard to track down, the instructions don’t even line up with what I’m seeing, and somehow the device started acting worse after I updated it. Support took forever to respond and didn’t really help much when they finally did. It feels like they’re just pushing updates out without properly testing them first, which is really frustrating...

I ordered from atk.store and everything was pretty much exactly like the photos and description. The specs checked out too, so there weren’t any surprises when it showed up. Overall, I’m happy with it

I tried Atk on my laptop and phone and was relieved to see both worked without any hassle. My older tablet was definitely a little slow, but it still got the job done. Setup was simple enough too, which I appreciated. I’m giving it 4 stars because the device support is solid overall, just not perfect if you’re using older devices...

I checked a few things I wanted to buy, but almost all of them were marked unavailable. I waited about a week and came back hoping something would change, but it was still the same. It felt kind of frustrating, like I was stuck browsing in circles with no real options. What’s the point of looking around if nothing is actually in stock?

"Not really the sound I was hoping for"
I bought this from atk.store thinking the sound would be a bit more balanced, but it just didn’t work for me. The highs feel too sharp, and the bass is weaker than I expected, so listening to music starts getting annoying after a while. Voices do come through clearly, and shipping was fine, so I can’t complain much there. But I felt like I had to keep giving it more time to see if I’d get used to it, which was frustrating. In the end, the sound profile just wasn’t what I wanted. 2 stars from me.

"Not impressed with how it arrived"
I ordered from atk.store the whole packaging situation was disappointing. The box showed up crushed, and there was barely any padding inside, which is kind of wild for the price. One corner was already open when it got to me, and the item had scuffs on it from sliding around in there. I don’t know, I just expected it to be packed safely at the very least. The product might’ve been fine otherwise, but the way it arrived really put me off. I wouldn’t order again.
